Meet Coach Christine
Christine is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. She holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation from the ICF (International Coach Federation). Using the Core Energy Coaching techniques she learned from her studies with iPEC Coaching, one of the top programs worldwide to be accredited by the ICF, Christine is supporting others in their life journey.

MY JOURNEY
Remember the moments where you feel in the flow of life? Where everything and everyone you encounter seem meant to be? Coincidences seem to happen, your energy is high and time flies by? This is the space where magic happens -- where life expands and you connect who you are with your true voice, your true Spirit and your true passion and purpose. How would it feel to make decisions from this space?
Most of my life, I felt like I couldn't speak my mind - whether I didn't feel smart enough or valued enough, I always allowed my voice to be silenced.
This led to a life of disconnect - from others around me, from myself and certainly from my passion and purpose. Eventually, all of that system shut down manifested in cancer - more than once- in the weakest part of my body. Literally from where I speak.
After the third bout, I finally"woke up"...and got really good at allowing myself to be authentic - and that meant letting toxic people and events go, knowing I was harming myself when I listened to the side of me that promoted fear.
Becoming authentic meant following my internal compass - knowing what felt "right" and trusting to always step forward with a heart wide open, and a voice ready to be heard.
I realized that once I was able to truly live from this space, that's when the life I deserved and the path to my purpose unfolded.
